Room reservations are subject to availability and are guaranteed by receipt of a reservation deposit. An advanced reservation deposit for one half of the reservation rate is required. The balance is due in full 60 days before the scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is due by credit card at the time of the reservation. Cancellations or date changes must be received 7 days prior to confirmed arrival date. Two night minimum stay requirement on weekends. Special minimum stay requirements apply to Holidays and Special Events.

Unless a 14-day notice of room cancellation is given, room payment will be charged. A cancellation number will be issued on all cancellations and should be referred to in future reference to this reservation. If cancellation is made less than 14 days from the reservation date, The Missouri River Breaks Lodge will issue a gift certificate for the full amount of that stay to be used at any later time up to one (1) year from date of purchase, by the guest, subject to availability. When reserving three or more rooms, a 30 day notice of cancellation is required. A $50 service fee may be charged.

In consideration for our guests, Missouri River Breaks Lodge does not allow any children under the age of 16. Pets are not allowed in the cabins or lodge. Kennels are available upon request, to be located on one of our covered porches. Customers who violate the pet policy are required to pay a $250.00 cleaning fee.

In the event of a severe winter storm, it may be permissible to cancel a room reservation with less than (14) days advance notice as determined by The Missouri River Breaks Lodge management. A gift certificate will be issued and may be used at your convenience subject to availability, expires 1 year from date of issue. |

The Missouri River Breaks Lodge is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in any of the facilities. You may smoke in designated areas on the grounds. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if it is found that you have been smoking inside the lodge or cabins.
